About Department
INTRODUCTION OF DEPARTMENT:
The Department of Biotechnology established in June 2007 which is affiliated to Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad. All the faculty members & students of the department of Biotechnology always actively participated in the social responsibilities, extension activities and cultural events organized by the department of NSS, NCC, Lifelong Learning and Extension activities. We always encourage to the students to take part in the social activities and we the department of Biotechnology always committed to give carrier oriented education to students.
IMPORTANCE OF BIOTECHNOLOGY :-
Studying Biotechnology will help you to develop research attitude, critical thinking and complex analytical skills. By using biotechnological skill students can get involvement in research activity also they can run their own manufacture or production units in the area of agriculture and medical field.
SCOPE OF BIOTECHNOLOGY :
The Biotechnology professionals can work In R and D department in pharmaceutical, agriculture industries as research scientist.
The students of Biotechnology can be conduct tissue culture business, also manufacture various agriculture and medical products etc.
